My life’s passion is music!

Rogan is a passionate teacher, fervent hobbyist, and a graduate of Ambrose University’s Music and Business programs. With 20+ years of music training, he is thrilled to be able to pass on his excitement for music and learning to his students. He has been teaching for a decade in Calgary, Alberta across multiple instruments with a focus on proper technique to stay happy and healthy with your instrument. Rogan is a full time musician working as a teacher, recording artist/engineer, and a tenor in multiple choirs. As an all-around nerd, he enjoys collecting many things including Lego, vinyl, and obscure folk instruments. He also composes for multiple projects and loves to research Japanese folk song, languages, and oral tradition.
